And what is not to love??? You play small sided, it is super fast, you have to work as a team, and there are a lot of goals scored….sometimes I have had players tell me that they liked indoor better than outdoor. All good stuff and the most important thing is that it greatly helps your stick stills. There are no 3D movements so you must use those ground game skills.
